Return & Refund Policy:

Thank you for considering Noise Soaker as your preferred Noise Control Solution!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the product(s), you have 30 calendar days to do so, from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase included with the returned item(s).

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect, then notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (if purchased by credit card) or by company check (if purchased using a company check). If paid by credit card, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If paid by company check, we will refund within 10 days of inspection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item(s). Any shipping costs incurred by Pacific Sound Control for your items, whether upon order or return are non-refundable.
